Three retired grandfathers\u2014Frank, Joe, and Walter\u2014decided to spend a Saturday fishing at a lake.<\/p>\n

After six hours, they hadn’t caught a single fish.<\/p>\n

Frank sighed, “Maybe the fish just aren’t biting today.”<\/p>\n

Joe nodded. “Could be.”<\/p>\n

Walter looked confused and said, “Wait… we were supposed to bring bait?”<\/p>\n

The other two stared at him.<\/p>\n

Frank asked, “You mean you didn’t bring any worms?”<\/p>\n

Walter replied, “No. I thought Joe was bringing them.”<\/p>\n

Joe shook his head. “I thought Frank was bringing them.”<\/p>\n

Frank groaned. “Then what did YOU bring?”<\/p>\n

Walter proudly opened his tackle box.<\/p>\n

Inside were three sandwiches, a thermos of coffee, two slices of pie, a deck of cards, reading glasses, a portable radio, and a family photo album.<\/p>\n

Joe blinked.<\/p>\n

“Walter… that’s not fishing gear.”<\/p>\n

Walter smiled.<\/p>\n
