A priest, a minister, and a rabbi were arguing over who was the best at converting people to religion.<\/p>\n
Finally, they decided there was only one way to settle it:<\/p>\n
Each man would go deep into the woods, find a wild bear, and try to convert it.<\/p>\n
A week later, they met up to share their results.<\/p>\n
The priest arrived first, smiling proudly.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I found the bear,\u201d he said, \u201cI calmly read passages from the Catechism and sprinkled him with holy water. He became peaceful immediately. Next Sunday, he\u2019s taking his First Communion.\u201d<\/p>\n
The minister nodded confidently.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, I found my bear by the river. I preached the Word of God so passionately that the bear sat down and listened for two straight hours. Then I baptized him right there in the stream.\u201d<\/p>\n
Both men turned to the rabbi\u2026<\/p>\n
\u2026who was lying in a full body cast on a hospital gurney.<\/p>\n
His arms were wrapped.
\nHis legs were elevated.
\nHis face looked like he\u2019d lost a boxing match with a freight train.<\/p>\n
The priest asked nervously,
\n\u201cRabbi\u2026 what happened?\u201d<\/p>\n
The rabbi groaned, adjusted his neck brace, and whispered:<\/p>\n
