Katherine Hartley Short, the daughter of acclaimed actor and comedian Martin Short<\/span><\/span>, has died at the age of 42, her family confirmed in a statement that expressed \u201cprofound grief\u201d and asked for privacy during this difficult time.<\/p>\n
