All the four chief secretaries and IGs have also been made respondents. <\/p>\n<p>PTI has taken plea in the petition that harassment and arrests of PTI candidates be got stopped. PTI candidates were prevented from filing nomination papers despite court&#8217;s orders.  Several letters were written to provincial EC but no notice was taken.
