The said petitions were filed on court&#8217;s order for auctioning Nawaz Sharif property. <\/p>\n<p>The defence counsel told the court these were the objections of the petitioners. Hearing was adjourned on them following the amendment in the law. There are six petitions. Please issue orders on them. There are five miscellaneous applications too.  The details of the applications will be provided to the court.<br \/>\nThe court remarked we see these applications. <\/p>\n<p>The defence counsel said supplementary reference was to be filed today. We joined the investigation. <\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor took the plea in the court the investigation officer was transferred and now we want some time for preparation. <\/p>\n<p>The exemption from attendance plea was filed by former Prime Minister (PM) Yousuf Raza Gillani . <\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor took the plea in the court Yousuf Raza Gillani cannot appear due to election campaign. <\/p>\n<p>The court remarked this is case of court No 3. Judge will soon come.
