LAHORE, Dec 18 (Online): Intra court appeal with reference to removal of name of children of Farah Shahzadi came up for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC). <\/p>\n
FIA has filed reply.
\nA two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry heard the appeal plea Monday. <\/p>\n
During the hearing of case FIA told the court illegal properties are registered in the name of children. Name of children have been included in ECL being the properties in their name. <\/p>\n
The counsel for Faraz Iqbal and Iman Iqbal children of Farah Shahzadi took the plea while arguing that single bench did not review the facts correctly. Name of Farah Shahzadi children are in passport control list. <\/p>\n
The counsel requested the court to order for removing the name of both of the chilren from ECL. <\/p>\n
The state counsel told the court name of both of the children were given by anti corruption establishment to home department. <\/p>\n
The court remarked the petitioner is not a public office holder. <\/p>\n
The court directed FIA to investigate what properties are in the name of children.
