Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh judge of special court central issued the order.<\/p>\n<p>It has been said in written order bailable arrest warrants of Moonis Elahi have not been implemented. FIA filed report that Chaudhry  Moonis Elahi is not present at his Spain address.
