They make university no matter building is available or otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>Fawad counsel for student Aasia took the plea that student Aasia Tauqir did masters in public health from Sarhad university.  But Khyber medical university did not issue degree.  Sarhad University is affiliated with Khyber Medical University for medical programs. PMDC had stopped issuing degrees in respect of Sarhad University through a notification in 2012. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP remarked you have neither made Khyber University respondent nor have you attached documents with the petition.
