I and my have refugee card while 3 children are minors are studying in school.  On October 23 the interior ministry personnel came to our residence and asked us to return to Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>The counsel for petitioner said Afghan citizen gave application to interior ministry and SAFRAN on this matter but no action was taken. <\/p>\n<p>He requested the court to prevent the process of harassment by   institutions.
