Why Shahbaz Sharif is happy after this decision. This is my innocent question from you that on one decision PTI is happy and Shehbaz Sharif too is happy.<\/p>\n<p>The journalist questioned that Chairman PTI is in jail in cipher case and you have got relief.<\/p>\n<p>Asad Umar said the allegation in cipher case is this to which it was given he did not use it rightly. We accept it that it has been used legally. Cipher comes in four persons including Prime Minister, foreign minister, army chief and DG ISI. Planning minister stands where.
