During the pendency of the petition the law ministry issued notification like that. <\/p>\n<p>It has been further said in the petition law ministry issued NOC that there is no objection on trial in Adiala jail. The jurisdiction of law ministry has been challenged in IHC. High court should settle can law ministry issue such notification or otherwise. High court should settle will trial judge be bound of notification of ministry of law.
