{"id":92390,"date":"2023-10-04T14:30:49","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T09:30:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=92390"},"modified":"2023-10-04T02:43:33","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T21:43:33","slug":"removal-of-shireen-mazari-name-from-ecl-case-ihc-seeks-reply-from-govt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/pakistan-news\/removal-of-shireen-mazari-name-from-ecl-case-ihc-seeks-reply-from-govt\/","title":{"rendered":"Removal of Shireen Mazari name from ECL case: IHC seeks reply from govt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, OCT 03 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought reply from the government in the matter of placement of name of Shireen Mazari in Exit Control List (ECL).<\/p>\n<p>The petition seeking removal of name of Shireen Mazari from ECL came up for hearing before IHC Tuesday. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri took up the case for hearing. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked Additional Attorney General (AAG) should seek stance form government and inform the court thereof. <\/p>\n<p>Court should be told that care taker government too wants to keep name of Shireen Mazari in ECL. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked when Shireen Mazari name was put in ECL then PDM political government was in place in the country.
