No political party is favorite of EC at present. We will discharge our constitutional obligations for holding transparent election in the country. <\/p>\n<p>Committee met here under Chairman Senator Taj Muhammad in Parliament house Tuesday.<br \/>\nThe meeting was attended by members of committee, secretary parliamentary affairs, secretary EC, Special secretary, DG IT and other officers. <\/p>\n<p>Chairman committee said as per constitution it is must that general election should be held within 90 days of dissolution of assembly.<br \/>\nFor what reason the constitutional requirement is not being met. <\/p>\n<p>Secretary EC said EC was prepared to hold election as per constitution. But population census was accepted before end of government. The delimitation of constituencies were must under constitutional obligation.
