The lawyers of the respondents should give arguments on this point in next hearing. <\/p>\n<p>The court adjourned the proceedings of the case till October 04. <\/p>\n<p>Pervaiz Elahi had taken plea in the petition single bench had ordered not to arrest him but despite it he was arrested.
