It is safe city. Either cameras will speak or there will be darkness. If there is darkness then it is understood that abductor is from that venue. If cameras speak then foot steps of the abductor will be found automatically. If there is any case then he should be declared as arrested in that case and be presented in the court. When notice was issued in Umar Awan case then they came to senses.<\/p>\n<p>He stated we have the second option of contempt of court too. As per constitution state cannot say the man has gone where. Whoever says this he does not know about man then he is not able to do job.
