ISLAMABAD, Sep 12 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has clubbed the petitions of Bushra Bibi wife of chairman PTI and Zulfi Bokhari related to audio leaks with already sub-judice petition of Najam ul Saqib. <\/p>\n

Justice Babar Sattar of IHC took up the case for hearing Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The court while issuing notice adjourned the hearing of the case till September 18, Justice Babar Sattar remarked assist the court on the legal position of phone tapping. Source of information cannot be asked from the law enforcement agencies. <\/p>\n

Counsel Latif Khosa took the plea our phones are being bugged persistently unluckily.<\/p>\n

Justice Babar Sattar remarked phones of all are being bugged. There is objection on your petition that you have not challenged any order. <\/p>\n

The counsel told the court Police and FIA are harassing Bushra Bibi continuously. <\/p>\n

The courts remarked assist the court legal position of phone tapping and this aspect of law of evidence on next hearing. <\/p>\n

The counsel requested the court to stop FIA from harassing till next hearing. <\/p>\n

Justice Babar Sattar remarked I will pass such order which I could get implement. Harassment is a broad term that you will bring contempt of court petition tomorrow. <\/p>\n
