Challan has been filed so far. My client has been declared guilty. The petitioner sets up cart in the parking of Faisal mosque to earn his livelihood. Who are erecting encroachments in the entire city, every one knows. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked do you know those people who do so. Talk about the law because charge has not been framed so far. Framing the charge is must for suspending the sentence. If charge is framed then this court can issue show cause notice. <\/p>\n<p>The court inquired is the petitioner still in jail or on bail. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel for petitioner said he is still in jail.
