Jail facilities were provided to other accused of this nature. Umar Sarfaraz Cheema cannot be kept deprived of his constitutional rights. <\/p>\n<p>According to state counsel the accused nominated in terror cases is not entitled to better facilities in jail. <\/p>\n<p>The state counsel said following amendment in jail rules the accused nominated in terrorism cases were removed from the list of better facilities. <\/p>\n<p>Robina Sultan wife of former governor Punjab had resorted to LHC for better facilities to Umar Sultan Cheema in jail. <\/p>\n<p>Under the orders of court application was filed with ACS for better facilities that rejected the plea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE, July 14 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has declared illegal Punjab caretaker government notification for not providing facilities to Umar Sarfraz Cheema in jail.
