{"id":81742,"date":"2023-06-03T02:30:53","date_gmt":"2023-06-02T21:30:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=81742"},"modified":"2023-06-03T03:02:59","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T22:02:59","slug":"police-raid-on-sheikh-rashid-residence-ig-police-ssp-put-on-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/pakistan-news\/police-raid-on-sheikh-rashid-residence-ig-police-ssp-put-on-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"Police raid on Sheikh Rashid residence: IG Police, SSP put on notice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, June 02 (Online): Additional Sessions Judge of district court Tahir Abbas Sipra while issuing notice to IG police Islamabad and SSP on the petition filed against police raid on Sheikh Rashid residence in Islamabad has sought reply from them within a week. <\/p>\n<p>The petition pertaining to illegal police raid on the residence of Sheikh Rashid in Islamabad came up for hearing in district court led by additional sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra Friday. <\/p>\n<p>Sardar Abdul Razzaq counsel for Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court. <\/p>\n<p>Sardar Abdul Razzaq told the court that at 3 am on May 31  night SHO Kohsar, SP, DSP, other police personnel, Rangers broke the doors of his client home and entered into it forcibly by violating sanctity of veil and four walls. They vandalized the home. They kept on inquiring about Sheikh Rashid besides subjecting the servants to violence.  the arm of one servant got fractured and other servant got injured seriously.
