The lawyers of Imran Khan requested the court to adjourn the May 10 hearing but the court insisted on indicting Imran Khan rather than adjourning the hearing. <\/p>\n<p>It was further said in the petition that the court indicted Imran Khan and summoned the witnesses on May 13 for the commencement of trial.
