{"id":77568,"date":"2023-05-03T18:30:16","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T13:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=77568"},"modified":"2023-05-03T17:24:31","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T12:24:31","slug":"hearing-of-money-laundering-case-against-pm-hamza-shahbaz-adjourned","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/pakistan-news\/hearing-of-money-laundering-case-against-pm-hamza-shahbaz-adjourned\/","title":{"rendered":"Hearing of money laundering case against PM, Hamza Shahbaz adjourned"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE, May 03 (Online): The Accountability Court (AC) has adjourned the hearing of money laundering case against Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif, his son Hamza Shehbaz and others till May 10. <\/p>\n<p>The money laundering case came up for hearing before AC Lahore led by Judge Qamar ul Zaman Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p>Anwar Hussain pleader appeared in the court in place of PM Shehbaz Sharif. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel for Hamza Shahbaz while submitting exemption plea took the plea Hamza Shahbaz cannot appear due to back pain. Doctor has advised him to take rest. <\/p>\n<p>He requested the court to accept exemption plea of Hamza Shahbaz. <\/p>\n<p>The court accepted exemption plea for one day in respect of Hamza Shahbaz. <\/p>\n<p>The court while ordering to submit supplementary report in respect of the co-accused Suleman Shahbaz and Haroon Yousuf adjourned the hearing of the case till May 10. <\/p>\n<p>The court has already granted permanent exemption to PM Shehbaz Sharif.<br \/>\nAs many as 16 accused including PM Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz have been nominated in this case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE, May 03 (Online): The Accountability Court (AC) has adjourned the hearing of money laundering case against Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif, his son Hamza Shehbaz and others till May 10.
