ISLAMABAD 02 May (Online): Federal minister of information Maryum Aurangzeb said on Tuesday transparent and fair system has been made through legislation.<\/p>\n

Parliament will go to any length to protect its authority: Aurangzeb
\nIn a statement she said no one can take away the constitutional authority of legislation from parliament. Parliament has the right to protect and defend its rights.<\/p>\n

Judiciary have no right to write or rewrite constitution or ban the right of legislation of parliament, she added.<\/p>\n

She further said Parliament did legislation on the demand of lawyers\u2019 community, bar councils and other associations.<\/p>\n

Regarding article-184(3) she said no jurisdiction of judiciary was cut down.<\/p>\n

She said this legislation will end the objections like \u2018one man show\u2019 and \u2018imperial court\u2019.<\/p>\n
