Larger bench decision is also there. But plan has been evolved to misinterpret court&#8217;s decision. Earlier operation was conducted by violating court&#8217;s order.<\/p>\n<p>It was further said in the letter PM and Caretaker CM Punjab and others should refrain from carrying out any operation by upholding court&#8217;s order.
