ISLAMABAD, April 19 (Online): Sexual harassment has become an unfortunate part of our professional spaces and due to the lack of proper legislation and intent to stop this menace from spreading in society, we have gone really downhill in the past few years, we have seen cases come up where the alleged perpetrators were not even questioned let alone punished. <\/p>\n
Though we have also had cases where the allegations were false and destroyed the life of the accused. Thus a mechanism to tackle this huge problem is necessary but the government does not seem interested. <\/p>\n
The latest one to get accused of harassment is Ali Noor of Noori by singer Maha Ali Kazmi. It has to be mentioned here that he has been accused of predatory behaviour before this and when screenshots came out he apologized citing his mental health from a journalist named Ayesha Binte Rashid who had publicly confronted him.<\/p>\n
The latest accusations have come from singer Maha Ali Kazmi. She called Ali Noor out and revealed that he allegedly sabotaged her Coke Studio audition and instead called her to Lahore where he could help \u201cmould\u201d her talent.
