You have to tell &#8221;  is attendance through video link enough.  When charge is framed then there are signatures of the accused. Can video link  be carried out   in this situation.  We are at what stage in the cases. is attendance through video link possible . The motive behind cross questioning in  the presence of accused is that the accused should know what is  going on against him. Personal attendance is must at many places in the law. Can attendance through video link  serve this purpose. I want to appoint amicus  curiae .The problem is this some among all the good lawyers are on one side and the other are on other side. Khawaja Haris is  too there but he is also coming in the cases from one side. Tell me if there is any neutral lawyer. I appoint him amicus curiae. There is Faisal Siddiqui. He can be appointed amicus curiae. Now we have to see too if  he is not appearing from the side of party. <\/p>\n<p>The  counsel for Imran Khan told the court Faisal Siddiqui is a good option. He can be appointed amicus curiae. <\/p>\n<p>The court remarked now we have placed questions before you. This is legal matter. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel for Imran Khan requested the court should give some next date.<br \/>\nThe court remarked there are precedents of the other side of border.
