Case was registered against Sheikh Rashid despite suspension of notice by high court. The clauses imposed against Sheikh Rashid in the FIR cannot be imposed on the petition of a common citizen. Sheikh Rashid was subjected to political vengeance. <\/p>\n<p>Police misused powers against Sheikh Rashid. Sheikh Rashid is imprisoned in Adiala Jail. There is no need of further investigation.
