Additional documents have been filed in this case. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP remarked what is stance of NAB in this case. The accused is seeking bail before arrest. According to the accused he received no money while staying on his post. <\/p>\n<p>Munir A Malik told the court we have filed some documents in this matter in the court. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Athar Minallah  remarked Chairman NAB has no powers to arrest after the reference is filed. Tell us under what clause of NAB laws, chairman NAB can ask for making arrest after filing of the reference. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP while addressing to advocate Munir A Malik remarked \u201cmy learned friend has raised an appropriate question. You should satisfy us on this point.
