FIA sub inspector sealed restaurant at inquiry stage without powers.<\/p>\n<p>The court ordered DG FIA should hold investigation and file report thereof through MIT. Sealing any place by FIA at inquiry stage runs contrary to law. FIA misused powers which fall under misconduct. Complaint of copy rights dispute by the citizens in the name of restaurant came to FIA. FIA could not satisfy regarding style name about copy right and artistic work. <\/p>\n<p>FIA officer failed to satisfy the court regarding his act of sealing the restaurant. Inquiry office r has not even written inquiry report nor has he written daily diary. FIA conduct falls out of jurisdiction.
