Birmingham (PNI) Continuing with efforts to expose Indian state terrorism in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIoJK), Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK along with their allies held demonstrations and digital campaign in London and Birmingham.<\/p>\n

The demonstrations were held to mark as \u201cBlack Day\u201d as the fascist Indian military has imposed its Nazi tactics to celebrate its Independence Day in IIoJK.

\nResponding to the call of Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK, dozens of demonstrators assembled outside Indian consulate Birmingham , urging the international community to hold India accountable for defying international law and the UN resolutions on IIoJK.
\n\"\"
\nAbdul Rashid Turabi, former lawmaker from Azad Kashmir, said Kashmir was an unfinished agenda of 1947 partition and \u201cwe will not stay silent until Kashmiris are not given their right to decide their future\u201d as has been granted by the UN resolutions.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe non-resolution of Kashmir dispute is a slap on international community which has maintained a criminal silence on Kashmir,\u201d Turabi said.<\/p>\n

He reminded the UK government and the US-led western bloc that their claims of \u201cupholding rule of law has no value until they force India to respect international law.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere can\u2019t be two standards on justice, freedom and human rights. Kashmiris have been granted this right of plebiscite by international community and thus it is responsibility on the shoulders of international community to bring India to table with Kashmiris and Pakistan so as to allow Kashmiris decide their fate,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

Referring to the so-called \u201char ghar tirangi\u201d campaign launched by Indian military regime in IIoJK, Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK President Fahim Kayani linked such actions with Nazi Germany.<\/p>\n

\u201cIndian military regime in IIoJK is copy-cating Nazis who would enforce their ideology on the suppressed people,\u201d said Kayani.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf India is courageous and proud of its achievements in IIoJK, it should take out one million of its forces from the occupied territory,\u201d Kayani said.<\/p>\n

Kayani said it was shame for Indian fascist rulers to launch a military campaign to raise Indian flag in IIoJK. \u201cNothing can replace the sentiments of Kashmiris which is to see Indian out of IIoJK,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Mohammad Ghalib, Tehreek-e-Kashmir Europe president, urged the British and European authorities to rise to the occasion and challenge India\u2019s position on Kashmir.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis farce of India that it is a democracy must not be accepted as it illegally occupies Kashmir through its military might,\u201d Ghalib said.<\/p>\n

He added that India was a neo-colonizer which demands that the western countries and societies must condemn India for her duplicity and shame claims.<\/p>\n

Pointing to illegal arrests and raids on Kashmiris, Mufti Fazal Ahmed Qadari APKCC told the demonstration that proper documentation of war crimes, crimes against humanity committed by India in IIoJK must be formalized and institutionalized.<\/p>\n

\u201cTop leadership of All Parties Hurriyat Conference have been jailed with out any proper cases. They lack evidence but fascist India has no value for justice and human rights,\u201d Qadari said, suggesting a proper campaign by the diaspora to help wither this challenge.<\/p>\n
