PAC recommended for removing Javed Iqbal from chairmanship of missing persons commission. <\/p>\n<p>The court remarked the matter of powers of PAC has been raised in two other petitions. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel said the minutes of PAC July 07 meeting be declared illegal. <\/p>\n<p>Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Arshid Kiyani said this matter has now shifted from PAC to inquiry commission. <\/p>\n<p>The court said to DAG has PAC finished its proceedings. Inform us on next hearing.
