The test was done, as the player was feeling unwell. Accordingly, he has been isolated from the rest of the team members and is following Covid-19 protocols,\u201d the statement added.<\/p>\n<p>Later on third day, Nathan Lyon and Travis Head were the stars with the ball as Australia bundled out Sri Lanka for 113 in the second innings and then David Warner and Usman Khawaja scored 5 runs to help Australia gain a 1-0 lead in the 2-match series.<\/p>\n<p>Australia needed just five runs to win in the first Test against Sri Lanka after they bundled out the hosts for 113 in the second innings.
