{"id":43974,"date":"2022-04-26T06:30:39","date_gmt":"2022-04-26T01:30:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=43974"},"modified":"2022-04-26T02:42:11","modified_gmt":"2022-04-25T21:42:11","slug":"igp-takes-notice-of-killing-of-two-persons-in-mandi-bahauddin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/regional-news-pakistan\/igp-takes-notice-of-killing-of-two-persons-in-mandi-bahauddin\/","title":{"rendered":"IGP takes notice of killing of two persons in Mandi Bahauddin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE, Apr 25 (APP): Inspector General of Punjab Police Rao Sardar Ali Khan on Monday took notice of the killing of two persons in a firing incident at Mandi Bahauddin and sought a report of the incident from RPO Gujranwala.<\/p>\n<p>As per directions of IG Punjab, senior officers arrived on the spot and started legal proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, on Mandi Bahauddin Phalia Road, motorcyclists opened firing on a rickshaw, killing two persons &#8211; Ijaz and Afzal &#8211; and injuring three others.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as the incident was reported, Mandi Bahauddin police rushed to the spot and along with rescue the deceased and 3 injured were shifted to DHQ Hospital. The injured include Aiza Iqbal, Samina Bibi and Zeeshan.
