New Pakistan National Health Card for Rawalpindi Division provides treatment facilities in 56 hospitals on city panel.Will be able to He said that Punjab government would spend Rs. 400 billion on Universal Health Insurance Program.<\/p>\n<p>Malik Mohammad Anwar said that by the end of March, every family in Punjab would have access to free treatment through New Pakistan National Health Card.
