Law did not allow to directly approach Supreme Court in this matter. Contents of application are  not satisfactory for exercising suo motu powers .<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, application did not highlight issue of public interest in the matter as well.<\/p>\n<p>Applicant Hussain Shahid had submitted an application  in SC against appointment of Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit-Baltistan Judges for three year\u2019s term on permanent basis besides fixing the retirement age of these judges for 65 years. .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad-January 17 (Online): Registrar Supreme Court has returned the application lodged against appointment of Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit-Baltistan Judges for three years on permanent basis after imposing objections.
