Attorney general  has also been issued notice for assisting the court. <\/p>\n<p>Adil Aziz Qazi  counsel for Sardar Mehtab local bodies representative appeared in the court. He took the plea  direct election of mayor and abolishing post of deputy mayor run contrary to the law. The council comprising non elected persons to run the local government too is against the law.
