{"id":30010,"date":"2021-12-12T06:30:09","date_gmt":"2021-12-12T01:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=30010"},"modified":"2021-12-12T01:27:54","modified_gmt":"2021-12-11T20:27:54","slug":"ihc-reserves-judgment-on-appeal-pleas-filed-by-suspects-against-their-conviction-in-dr-imran-farooq-murder-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/pakistan-news\/ihc-reserves-judgment-on-appeal-pleas-filed-by-suspects-against-their-conviction-in-dr-imran-farooq-murder-case\/","title":{"rendered":"IHC reserves judgment on appeal pleas filed by suspects against their conviction in Dr Imran Farooq  murder case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, DEC 11 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the appeal pleas filed against their conviction by the accused persons in Dr Imran Farooq murder case.<\/p>\n<p>The judgment was reserved by the court following the completion of arguments by both sides.<br \/>\nThe appeal pleas came up for hearing before a division bench of IHC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah and Justice Amir Farooq Saturday. <\/p>\n<p>Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Khawaja Imtiaz  presented his written reply with graphs  in the  court. DAG prayed the court to reject the appeal pleas of the accused persons. <\/p>\n<p>DAG told the court there are concrete evidence and documents are available against the  accused persons. The court is  requested to uphold Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) decision. <\/p>\n<p>The arguments and written reply of lawyers of the accused persons including Khalid Shamim, Moazzam Ali and Mohsin Ali were also filed in the court. <\/p>\n<p>The court reserved the judgment regarding appeal pleas file by  the three accused against their conviction.
