{"id":19340,"date":"2021-09-18T09:30:02","date_gmt":"2021-09-18T04:30:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=19340"},"modified":"2021-10-23T02:00:47","modified_gmt":"2021-10-22T21:00:47","slug":"zahir-jaffars-parents-bail-case-adjourned-till-sep-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/pakistan-news\/zahir-jaffars-parents-bail-case-adjourned-till-sep-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Zahir Jaffar&#8217;s parents&#8217; bail case adjourned till Sep 21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, Sep 17 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday adjourned hearing on post arrest bail petition of Zahir Jafar\u2019s parents till September 21, in Noor Mukadam murder case.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer of accused Zakir Jaffar and Asmat Jaffar concluded arguments on the bail petition after this, the bench instructed the counsel of plaintiff to argue on next hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Aamer Farooq heard the bail case of the two accused. A lower court had already dismissed the bail petitions.<\/p>\n<p>At the outset of hearing, petitioners\u2019 lawyer Khawaja Haris argued that the murder case was not much complex. The accused Zahir Jaffar in his initial statement had stated that he informed his family after committing the crime.
