The Central Power Purchase Agency (CPPA-G) had sought positive FCA of Rs.1.4685\/kWh, having impact of Rs.22.3 billion. However, the regulator approved positive FCA of Rs.1.38 per unit.<\/p>\n<p>According to the notification issued here, \u201cThe FCA of July 2021 shall be charged in the billing month of September 2021 to all consumer categories of XWDISCOs, except life line consumers\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>This FCA would remain applicable only for one month.
