The challan of the incident has not been submitted since the last two years. Do the anti terrorism clauses not apply to the incident of clash. We will review if the incident falls in the ambit of personal enmity or does the anti terrorism law apply to it. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi  inquired from  PGP  have you read anti terrorism law. <\/p>\n<p>PGP told the court he had read the anti terrorism law a bit. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi while addressing PGP remarked law has been made laughing stock.
