It said the letter draws urgent attention of the 15-member Council to the two illegal Indian infrastructure projects linked to Chenab River system aimed at water diversion, which reveal India\u2019s intention to illegally alter the Treaty-governed flow and use of the Western Rivers, weaponizing water with dangerous implications for Pakistan\u2019s water, food, and economic security as well as regional stability and international peace and security.<\/p>\n<p>The letter urges the Security Council to take cognizance of this \u201cfragile and deteriorating situation and hold India accountable for its brazen violations\u201d.
