During investigation no criminal material was recovered from Sher Afzal Marwat. The plaintiff did not appear in the court. This shows his lack of interest in the case. <\/p>\n<p>it was said in the decision that if the trial of this case is conducted even then there is no chance of  any punishment for the accused.
