Biometric verification of the plaintiff or applicant will be conducted at special counter and the picture of the plaintiff or applicant can be taken through web camera. <\/p>\n<p>This  picture will be printed on the first page of the case of the applicant.  Later any applicant will be able to file case. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier copy of identity card of the applicant was used in filing the case and case was filed. This led to multiply  number of bogus cases. <\/p>\n<p>CJ LHC Aalia Neelum took action in the regard and imposed ban on the diary of cases of the applicants who don\u2019t come and don\u2019t get conduct bio metric.<br \/>\nVice chairman Punjab Bar Council Irfan Siddique Tarar, legal expert Shahid Nazir and others have paid tribute to CJ LHC Aalia Neelum for taking this step saying such steps will not only stop practice of filing bogus cases but will also lessen the burden of cases\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0courts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE, APRIL 25 (ONLINE): Ban has been imposed on filing any case in subordinate courts in Punjab without biometric or picture of the plaintiff or applicant.
