Court is requested to give time for preparation of cases. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP Yahya Afridi remarked May 9 cases are fixed for hearing tomorrow and day after tomorrow. Additional prosecutor kept on seeking time during previous hearings. Today you are seeking time. It will not run so. This is not only one case. There are about 50 appeals. <\/p>\n<p>Counsel Zulfiqar Naqvi said cases of this week be adjourned.  I will come prepared in the cases related to next week. <\/p>\n<p>The  CJP remarked some appeals relate to transfer of case.  Case transfer matter is over.  Seek directives from government on it. <\/p>\n<p>Zulfiqar Naqvi said judge has been transferred.
