{"id":119831,"date":"2025-03-03T15:50:49","date_gmt":"2025-03-03T10:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=119831"},"modified":"2025-03-03T15:50:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T10:50:49","slug":"ihc-orders-to-remove-name-of-former-security-incharge-of-imran-khan-from-pcl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/pakistan-news\/ihc-orders-to-remove-name-of-former-security-incharge-of-imran-khan-from-pcl\/","title":{"rendered":"IHC orders to remove name of former security incharge of Imran Khan from PCL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, MARCH 03 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to remove name of former security incharge of Imran Khan from Passport Control List (PCL).<br \/>\nThe court maintained including name of former security incharge of Imran Khan in PCL is unjust and illegal. <\/p>\n<p>The court said in the decision it is not on the record name of petitioner was included in PCL with the approval of federal government. <\/p>\n<p>The court remarked the basic rights of the petitioner have been violated enshrined in the constitution by including his name in PCL. <\/p>\n<p>According to FIA report name of petitioner is active in ECL and PCL. <\/p>\n<p>It was said in the decision name of petitioner was included  by directorate general of immigration and passports on the recommendation of AIG. <\/p>\n<p>Due to several FIRs it was recommended to include  name in  Exit Control List on August 24, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Anti Terrorism Court had approved bail of the petitioner on April 8, 2024. <\/p>\n<p>The court ordered the respondents to remove name of the petitioner from\u00a0PCL\u00a0forthwith.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, MARCH 03 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to remove name of former security incharge of Imran Khan from Passport Control List (PCL).
