ISLAMABAD, FEB 25 (ONLINE): Additional District and Sessions Judge Islamabad has extended interim bail of PTI founder in 6 cases and Bushra Bibi in one case till April 15.<\/p>\n

The bail pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi came up for hearing before additional district and session judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka Tuesday.
\nCounsel Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry told the court that Imran Khan\u2019s video appearance had not yet been arranged and any report has not been received from jail authorities in this regard.
\n.
\nThe court inquired from the staff has any reply come with regard to video attendance. . <\/p>\n

The court staff replied no letter has been received so far in this respect. <\/p>\n

Counsel Yousuf Chaudhry requested for fixing the date for arguments and ensuring prosecution’s presence.
\nHe suggested for fixing hearing on any day during holy month of Ramadan. <\/p>\n

Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka said he is on training during holy month of Ramadan and hearing will now be held after Eid. <\/p>\n

Counsel Khalid Yousif Chaudhry requested hearing be not fixed in the first week after Eid as he has to proceed on leave after several months. <\/p>\n

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 15.<\/p>\n

Cases of attempt to murder and siege and ransom are registered against the PTI founder while case of filing fake receipts in Toshakhana is registered against\u00a0Bushra\u00a0Bibi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
