{"id":118853,"date":"2025-01-30T14:53:25","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T09:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/?p=118853"},"modified":"2025-01-30T14:53:25","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T09:53:25","slug":"recovery-of-missing-house-maid-shahnaz-bibi-case-mother-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pni.net.pk\/en\/regional-news-pakistan\/recovery-of-missing-house-maid-shahnaz-bibi-case-mother-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"Recovery of missing house maid Shahnaz Bibi case: Mother arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, JAN 30 (ONLINE): Important headway  has come to fore in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with case of  recovery of house maid Shahnaz Bibi who is missing since the last three years. <\/p>\n<p>Islamabad police have arrested Behar Mai , mother allegedly involved in kidnapping case of missing Shahnaz Bibi.<\/p>\n<p>IHC has directed Islamabad police for recovery of the girl and conducting investigation in all respects.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of IHC took up the case for hearing.<br \/>\nUnder the court&#8217;s orders SP Khalid Awan, DSP legal Sajid Cheema and counsel Aziz Khan  Korai on behalf of the petitioner Bihar Mai appeared in the court.<\/p>\n<p>Police requested the court to wrap up the case.<br \/>\nThe court rejected police  plea for wrapping up 22-A related application. <\/p>\n<p>DSP Legal Sajid Cheema told the court we have arrested  petitioner Bihar Mai from a Darul Aman in Multan. Court should direct  petitioner Bihar Mai to join investigation. <\/p>\n<p>The court remarked when we gave order then your client filed separate petition for withdrawing the application. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel for the petitioner said we have filed no  petition for withdrawing the application. <\/p>\n<p>My client was summoned for investigation and was kept in police station for four hours.<br \/>\nThe accused pressurized the police to register case against my client after calling her in police station.<br \/>\nThe court while directing to police to complete investigation  adjourned the hearing of the case till\u00a0February\u00a011.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, JAN 30 (ONLINE): Important headway has come to fore in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with case of recovery of house maid Shahnaz Bibi who is missing since the last three years.
