We will decide this case before next election. <\/p>\n<p>SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up the case for hearing Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p>Counsel for Sheikh Rashid told the court there is matter of overseas Pakistanis vote in the  case. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked today time is short. We will hear this case soon. Election are  not going to be held just now.
