Former  Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa could not present proof of money trail. <\/p>\n<p>Petition by citizen Dr Tashfin Khan against NAB  call up notice came up for hearing in IHC Monday. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the petition.<br \/>\nCounsel for petitioner said we have taken money outside country legally. Money trail is available. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked &#8221; bring proof of money trail. Then  I will accept the plea. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked proving money trail is very difficult thing.
