RO neither provided form 45 nor recounting was conducted.  Bogus votes were cast in the constituency. Forensic be got done. <\/p>\n<p>Election Tribunal (ET)  dismissed the application on technical grounds  rather than hearing the case on merit.<br \/>\nET had dismissed the plea of Hamid Dashti declaring it non maintainable. ET had maintained  the affidavit attached with the application are not attested by competent officer. ET did not make correct review of the law.
