Justice Ali Zia Bajwa of LHC issued 17-page written order. The petition  was filed by Surriya Bibi.<br \/>\nMian Ali Haider advocate assisted the court. <\/p>\n<p>It was said in the  written decision that   immediate implementation of custodial death and prevention of violence related act-2022 be ensured.FIA wields special powers regarding investigation in connection with this act.  Therefore, police is directed to avoid from becoming involved in these matters. <\/p>\n<p>According to decision subjecting any accused to any  kind of violence to obtain confession of any crime or evidence is strictly  prohibited.  The matter of implementation of act-2022 be brought to the notice of chief minister Punjab formally. This matter be presented to federal minister , ministry of interior and government of Pakistan through federal secretary interior.  Fast implementation of act-2022 be ensured.  Further delay in implementation has to be stopped. <\/p>\n<p>As per court orders, a  copy of decision be sent to chairperson National Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and director general  of agency.
